🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products are not eligible for return, including:

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product delivered is wrong, defective, or damaged during transit

Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by calling or messaging us with photos as proof.

💸 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refund method: Bkash/Nagad/Bank transfer, depending on your original payment method

Note: Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via mobile banking or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping
